Kids Programs and Childcare Options: Beaches offers several age-appropriate programs for children of all ages.
Infant Program: For ages 0-2, Beaches’ infant program offers childcare services from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. They offer climate-controlled nurseries with cribs, strollers, high chairs, rocking chairs and other essentials for your little one.
Toddler program: For children ages 3-4, Beaches offers a kids camp from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. that is supervised by Certified Nannies. They’ll go on adventures on the resort that will spark their imagination for hours. They’ll visit toddler pools, go shell collecting, enjoy face painting, go on exciting treasure hunts, play with puppets, dress up in costumes, see fun magic shows, build beautiful sand castles and more.
Navigators Program: For children ages 5-7, Beaches offers activities that will help have fun while also learning at the same time. They’ll learn about Beach Science, enjoy trying their skills at Beach Olympics and show off their skills in a talent show. For those who are feeling adventurous, there are treasure hunts. And for your little artist, they offer arts and crafts time too. And these are just a sample of what they’ll get to do during their time in this program!
Adventurers Program: For children ages 8-10, the Adventurer Program has activities that are tailor-made for this age group. From fun-filled Scavenger Hunts and beach soccer, to capture the flag and water pong, they’ll be sure to stay active while having a ball.
Tweens Program: For ages 11-14, Beaches offers unique experiences that will keep them busy and having a blast. Dive–In Movies and Karaoke? Yes! Water sports? Of course. Plus, they’ll have fun playing beach soccer, beach volleyball, flag football and more.
Teen Program: For teens ages 15-17, Beaches has a program set up that will help them make new friends and enjoy their time on the resort. Options for children with special needs: Have a child with special needs? You’ll love that Beaches Kids Camps have team members that have the training, temperament and expertise to cater to all children, including those with autism and other special needs. You can rest assured that they have programs for children with special needs in all age groups. One such program is the Caribbean Advenure with Sesame Street program that features characters from the popular show. One of them is Julia, a sweet and curious 4-year-old with autism. Children will do fun activities like Amazing Art with Julia and enjoy character experiences that keep their needs in mind.
If you’d rather have private assistance, Beaches also offers a One‐on‐One Beaches Buddy for an additional fee. They can stay with your child for your entire vacation or just a few hours during part of your stay. They will stay with them during Kids Camp hours and afterhours in a sensory‐friendly location of your choice.
