Don’t have an Instant Pot yet? Feel free to use whatever pressure cooker alternative on hand. No matter what you use, we know the flavors below will make for great meals that will bring you and the ones you love even closer together.

Korea: Korean Beef

Many Korean meals have a nice kick to them thanks to Gochujang which is a key ingredient in this dish. It’s a sweet and spicy red chili paste that is easy to find in most stores. This is a simple dump-and-go recipe so it takes just minutes to whip together.

Philippines: Chicken Adobo

Chicken Adobo is a classic dish in the Philippines that is packed with flavor. Total cook time is just 30 minutes and prep time is about 15 minutes. It’s a delicious recipe you’ll throw into your weekly rotation!

Turkey: Split Pea Soup

If you’re looking for a recipe that is fast, flavorful and very filling, this is it! This one is vegan and gluten-free. It is adapted from a classic Turkish lentil soup, also known as Mercimek Çorbası.

Jamaica: Jerk Chicken with Mango Salsa

If you’re in the mood for food from the tropics, try this incredible Jamaica Jerk Chicken. It’s healthy and full of good-for-you ingredients that you’ll already have in your pantry.

Mexico: Poblano Corn Chowder

This creamy chowder will have your mouth watering! It’s the perfect stand-alone meal or a great appetizer to a larger Mexican-inspired family feast.

Brazil: Meat and Bean Stew (Feijoada)

This dish offers a mix of meats with a perfect base of black beans. It has an earthy, rich flavor thanks to the bay leaf, garlic and cumin.

Spain: Chicken and Sausage Paella

We love a good rice dish and if you do too, you’ll especially like this one. You can’t lose when you can throw in your favorite meats and vegetables. The recipe calls for chicken and sausage but feel free to throw in what you have on hand. That’s what makes a great paella!
